We provide an opportunity for adults and children to learn bjj which is a mixture of fitness and martial arts. People participate in our classes to get in shape, increase their confidence and learn to defend themselves. We offer classes in the evenings and one-on-one personal training during the day

How it works
Start by enrolling in the introductory classes offered by JOSH KEY BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU in Livingston, NJ
Attend classes regularly and learn the basic moves
Join more advanced classes to expand your knowledge and skill in Brazilian jiu jitsu
Classes are held Monday-Friday from 5:pm-8:00pm, and Saturdays from 9:00am-2:00pm.
You'll need to wear comfortable clothing for NoGi classes ,you can buy your Gi (uniform) upon arrival. You may also wish to bring a water bottle.
No, all ages can attend the classes. Children aged 12 and up are welcome to join in the adult classes.
No, prior experience is not required. All levels of experience are welcome to join.
No, you do not need to sign up for a membership. Classes can be attended on a drop-in basis.
